How does PFM diagnostics work?
- I collect your medical history by discussing your complaints, symptoms, and their impact on daily life.
- Please give your consent to perform the procedure, and I will also explain the examination process using visual materials.
- I visually assess the perineal area.
- I assess the pelvic floor muscles — the ability to contract and relax them.
- We discuss the examination results, set achievable goals, and create a therapy plan tailored for you.
Disposable gloves and lubricating gel are used during the examination.
